Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ik444" refers to the online gaming platform operating at ik444.io, including all associated services, features, betting markets, casino games, and customer support channels.
• "Platform" means the ik444 website, any mobile browser interface, and all digital services accessible under the ik444.io domain.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" refers to any individual who registers for or uses an ik444 account.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon completing the ik444 registration process.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a Player's ik444 account at any given time, including both real-money funds and any credited bonus amounts.
• "Bonus Funds" means any credits, free bets, free spins, or promotional amounts added to a Player's account by ik444 under a specific promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be bet before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region where accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law, and from which Players are not permitted to use the ik444 platform.
• "AML" means anti-money laundering obligations applicable to ik444's operations under international offshore gaming compliance frameworks.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures that ik444 may require Players to complete before processing withdrawals or upon suspicion of fraudulent activity.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with ik444, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager on any game or sporting event offered through the Platform, you confirm unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in full. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ik444.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that third party to these Terms & Conditions. In the event that you do not have such authority, you must not use the Platform.

ik444 reserves the right to update, revise, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. Players are responsible for reviewing these Terms & Conditions periodically.

These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by the ik444 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any promotion-specific terms published on the Platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of the relevant promotion only.

Eligibility & Registration

Use of the ik444 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ik444 strictly prohibits use of its services by individuals under 21 years old. Persons under 21 are expressly forbidden from registering, depositing, betting, or collecting winnings on the Platform.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of ik444 or any affiliated company, game provider, or payment processing partner.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must maintain only one (1) account on the Platform. Creating duplicate accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited.

ik444 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation — including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — at any time and for any reason. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by ik444 may result in account restriction or closure.

ik444 may in its sole discretion refuse registration to any applicant or terminate any account without being required to provide a reason, where doing so is consistent with applicable compliance obligations or the Platform's risk management policies.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ik444 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. ik444 will never ask you to reveal your password through any communication channel, including email, live chat, or phone.

You must notify ik444's support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, if your login credentials have been compromised, or if you become aware of any suspicious activity on your account. ik444 will take reasonable steps to assist in securing your account upon receiving such notification.

ik444 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials, your disclosure of login details to a third party, your use of the Platform on a shared or public device, or your failure to enable two-factor authentication when prompted.

Players are advised to use a strong, unique password for their ik444 account and to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. ik444 may, at its discretion, require additional account verification steps for accounts that exhibit unusual login patterns or transaction behaviour.

Deposits & Withdrawals

ik444 accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC-20/ERC-20, Bitcoin, and Ethereum). Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at ik444's discretion.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. ik444 does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances. Any deposit received from a payment account not registered to the depositing Player may be reversed, and the relevant account may be suspended pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by ik444 and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed within the Player's account deposit and withdrawal sections and are subject to change without prior notice.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal above the applicable threshold is processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. In cases where this is not possible, alternative withdrawal arrangements may be made at ik444's discretion.
• Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not withdrawable and will not be included in withdrawal calculations.
• ik444 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that triggers AML review thresholds.
• ik444 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours of approval, subject to payment provider processing times. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically processed faster than mobile banking withdrawals.

ik444 is not responsible for delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, network congestion (in the case of cryptocurrency transactions), or bank processing times. Bonuses & Promotions

ik444 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, loyalty rewards, seasonal promotions (including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and IPL/BPL season offers), and other promotional incentives to Players. All such offers are subject to the following general terms, supplemented by promotion-specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. ik444 reserves the right to determine eligibility on a case-by-case basis.
• Each promotion will specify the applicable wagering requirement, minimum deposit amount, eligible games, time limit, and maximum withdrawal from Bonus Funds. Players must review these terms before opting into any promotion.
• Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, Bonus Funds must be used before real-money funds when placing bets. Real-money funds cannot be withdrawn while a wagering requirement attached to active Bonus Funds remains incomplete.
• ik444 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, cancel any pending bonus, or reverse any winnings derived from a bonus if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the bonus was claimed or used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms & Conditions or the promotion-specific terms.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting technical errors, placing offsetting bets designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk, or sharing bonus claim strategies across players — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the ik444 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game. Game-specific and sport-specific rules are published within each game or betting market on the Platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

The following general betting rules apply across all ik444 sports and casino products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. ik444 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except where a market is declared void in accordance with the relevant sport rules.
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest error in published odds or game outcomes, ik444 reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund the staked amount to the Player's account balance.
• ik444 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or maximum payout on any bet or market at its sole discretion, including placing account-level stake restrictions on Players identified as professional or high-frequency bettors.
• Cricket markets on ik444 — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ODI series, and Bangladesh Tigers matches — are governed by the official rules of the relevant tournament governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI). In the event of match abandonment, postponement, or result overturning by the relevant authority, ik444's cricket rules (published within the cricket betting section) will govern settlement.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software. All RNG-based games are independently tested for fairness. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by real-time physical events occurring in the live studio environment.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ik444 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Creating or operating more than one ik444 account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other unlawful purpose.
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity or from a payment account that does not belong to you.
• Engaging in collusion with other players in poker, live dealer, or any other multi-player game format.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any software designed to interact with the Platform other than standard web browsers and officially supported mobile interfaces.
• Exploiting software bugs, RNG vulnerabilities, payout errors, or any other Platform technical defects to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or otherwise access the underlying code, data feeds, or odds algorithms of the ik444 Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ik444 staff, support agents, or other Players through any communication channel.

Responsible Gaming

ik444 is firmly committed to responsible gaming and the prevention of problem gambling. The Platform provides a range of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity, all of which are accessible from within the Player account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control their spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration reminders that alert them when a specified amount of time has elapsed during a gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, during which time no deposits, bets, or logins will be permitted.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel their gambling is out of control may request permanent self-exclusion by contacting support at [email protected]. Self-excluded accounts will be permanently closed and the Player's details flagged to prevent re-registration.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ik444 Platform — including but not limited to the ik444 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, data, and any other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ik444 or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not grant any right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ik444.

Limitation of Liability

• Loss of data, account access, or account balance resulting from account security breaches attributable to the Player's own actions or negligence.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or downtime caused by factors outside ik444's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider outages, third-party payment processor failures, or force majeure events.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Any loss arising from the Player's reliance on incorrect information published on the Platform due to a manifest error, where ik444 takes prompt action to correct the error upon becoming aware of it.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit ik444's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. ik444's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy & Data

ik444 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by ik444 includes, but is not limited to: name, date of birth, address, email address, phone number, payment method details, and transaction history. This data is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, and service improvement purposes.

Amendments to These Terms

Where ik444 makes a material change to these Terms & Conditions, reasonable notice will be provided to registered Players via the email address on file or via a notice displayed prominently on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

If you do not accept any revised Terms & Conditions, you must stop using the Platform immediately and contact support to initiate account closure. Any funds remaining in your account at the time of closure will be processed in accordance with the withdrawal procedures set out in Section 5.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to ik444's international offshore gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of one party notifying the other in writing, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent ik444 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights, prevent fraud, or enforce AML compliance obligations.
